I don't think that a buyout is going to happen in the near future. I think GMGC has the funds to get through the summer even assuming revenues don't increase over past levels. I think GMGC is running full out on developing product for key partners or soon to be partners. I don't think it will matter that the website was a bit behind if the technology attracts the right players. I think that institutional investors bought in (followed by momentum investors at the end of the run looking for a quick kill). I think the long term investors made a good buy, and the gamblers lost. I don't think we will see a death spiral, I think we are seeing a healthy chart which cannot go up all the time. I think the Preferred's conversions have something to do with us dropping off from unsustainable prices which occurred a bit too quickly.

Most of all, I think GMGC has a fantastic technology which more and more will be embraced by some of the key players in the Internet arena. Though Dr. Markman is not the marketing guru some of us would hope for, I think he is an insightful technologist who is respected by the very people he needs to be respected by, the decision makers at other companies on the cutting edge. And maybe, as a little bonus, we will see the new Ad and PR firms surprise us over the coming weeks and months.

Best wishes to all believers in the magic.
