I said it before and was derided, but I think the important thing
to do it to remember to vote NO on the merger when you get your
proxy. Frankly, I don't see why anyone would vote yes, since
the stock would be at 80 if the merger were called off and the
penalty would amount to $3/share if USRX paid the $160 million.
Maybe, the merger can actually be defeated by the shareholders.

Also, you can bet there will be a class action suit if the merger
goes through, and having voted NO will enable you to prove your
unhappiness with the proposed merger. Typically, ownership of stock
before the merger announcement is enough to let you participate in
the class action suit against unfortunate mergers, and having
voted against the merger is sometimes an important part of the
claim.

Understand, I am NOT in favor of frivilous lawsuits. This is
one of the few times in a merger situation that it seems
warranted.
