Art, I've been thinking about the Puts you sold. Correct me if I'm wrong...

If you sell 1 Feb 40 Put & we close above 40 at expiration, You have the 'right', but not obligation, to buy 100 shares at $40. If we close at say, $35., then you will be 'put' 100 shares @ $40., for a loss of $500.00 However, today's premium was 6 1/2, so the break even is about 33 1/2, right?

What are you considering 'in the money' contracts? By the way, I am currently holding Feb 45 Calls & I have traded options in the past. Just never sold puts. I could use some 'WAM' money for going to Vegas Superbowl weekend! (I guess options are kinda gambling)

THANKS
Chuck

ps Anyone one else, feel free to chime in.
