Jim . . . I believe here is one of the kind of PRs you are looking for: biz.yahoo.com I don't have a position in this company . . . I just happened to notice the PR. Sometimes getting an "E" can be a gold mine. If you know that the company is in the process of filing and that the "E" will eventually get dropped it provides a great buying opportunity. A good example is KWINE. It tanked to .15 cents when the "E" was added. I loaded up and now it is at .37 because people anticipate the "E" will be dropped soon. It will probably pop for another double from where it is now when the "E" officially gets dropped. Katie K.
