Does it strike anyone other than me as odd that SEG is taking "one time" charges over the course of this year, to restructure. Supposed to generate $150 mil in annual savings which they won't call a one time profit even though down the road they'll again have to write off more. Doesn't seem so long since SEG had a bunch of other very big "one time" charges. And even with all the financial hocus pocus, they can't show an acceptable profit.

Interesting that the CC gave little credit for improved margins to what seemed like a very improved desktop price environment. Outlook also not as bullish as what we might have imagined, at least in tone (but up units sequentially). Maybe a little more pressure and Fujitsu, Samsung or WDC roll over.

Thank god for Veritas.
