Buying VDIM today @ 13 1/2 for cash buyout @15 in "late March or early April". Bain is buying, Credit Suisse First Boston "has agreed to arrange 150M debt financing". Looks positive to me.

I'll monitor TSII. At 13 7/8 now with cash buyout @ 15.25 in "late April".

Also FWIW, CNCX (37 1/32) being bought out by NXLK for $45 in NXLT stock (collar applies- --g-- could be a strangle if NXLK, down about 10% today, continues to fall.)
