Need help scheduling everyone.... I'd like for us to be able to get together in our discussion group for a couple of hours maybe twice in a day. Take a break for an hour - do lunch and then come back. Depends on how many we have. So, I need to know how many are considering the tournament and how many are planning on skiing and when. If everyone is planning to do everything on Saturday we have a problem. Are those skiing coming in on Friday? What do you all think?
