[ADSL in PC Card form? Not.]

Highly unlikely, for the same reason that there aren't really any ISDN PC cards (PCMCIA). Where would you use it? At work? No, your notebook PC plugs into a docking station with built-in Ethernet. At home? Nope. Another docking station, this one with an Overture 8. On the road? Well, I think it'll be a while before we see ADSL lines in hotel rooms. They haven't even figured out that two POTS lines would be a huge win!
