Bluejeans--Clearly you are unclear on the term penance. You have need of suffering not solace. Even more clearly you are not aware of Sister Sherry somewhat reserved side. I myself thought she might need spiritual guidance one evening and went over for a visit. I fear the good sister is an animal lover of the first order. Now I know in my heart she is a God fearing lady, so I am at a loss to explain how she got the very Rottweilers that guard the gates of Hell to patrol her outside yard. I don't think the good Sister was aware it was me as she kept yelling "Sic him!, sic him!" I was unable to identify myself as the dogs were astonishingly fast, I had need of my breath for other things. If you wish to visit her I do wish you luck and God speed. Reverend D. Jones
