I bought, a while back, stupid me, 30 January 100 calls on Intel.

I love the company, and have been a long-time shareholder...

I have $ 4500 on the line, my 1st (I think) option mistake
so I would appreciate advice...

Roll them out to a longer option. No use letting them expire worthless, In My Humble (Novice) Opinion. In the future, try going out only one strike out-of-the-money when INTC drops 15-20%. They cost more, but the odds of success are higher. If you buy LEAPS (2001 or 2002) then by the time 6 months to a year roll around you'll most likely be sitting very pretty.
