TCPI - 13 million share day on an avg vol of 300,000! How can a small stock take such a huge volume surge and not move up. It just launched some new e-commerce products... biz.yahoo.com Is this hype or a real opportunity. Under $5 dollar stocks seems like a huge gamble...but this seems like a short term opportunity?
