Thanks Rich.

I, for one, think SNRS did this financing a) to fund the roll out of the product, and b) to establish a long term working relationship with a quality investment banking firm and c) to cultivate a following of respected analysts.

All three of the of these were goals laid out by Russ Trenary at the last shareholders meeting. Each year he has defined a set of goals for the company that he presents to shareholders, and each year we just keep checking them off.
