10 MILLION dollars in CASH into RMIL!!!!!

I just heard a very reliable source that RMIL did not get the 5 million dollars in cash, but instead the investors placed the sum of: 10 MILLION dollars in CASH into RMIL!!!!!
I called the company to verify this information, but of course Gary Morgan, nor Roland could confirm this.
I believe my sources of this information, and will be looking for a company press release in a few days. I think that I surprised Gary Morgan with this question and information that I have!!!!

I am in the process of forming a list of shareholders from that original SOR date of 5-31-96 that were robbed of their investment money and spin-off shares. I think a major shareholder has already made a move in this matter and I will try to contact him and join in on his suit. I will pass along all informations to him also.
I invested some $318,000 in NYER back in may 1996 and lost some $95,000 plus dollars on it. Plus the GVEC spin-off shares that I was a SOR of. I am not alone in this matter and NYER, GVEC, Shamrock, and others are going to be the butt of several classactions in the very near future. I know of one other major shareholder that was SOR 5-31 and sold and lost more that I did in June and is fuming also. (mentioned above)

To All: I predicted this would happen some time ago. This is an outrage and all Nyer Shareholders who have gotten screwed in this deal should band together and sue Shamrock, Nyer and all the brokers who promoted them. The SGA Goldstar press releases on the "short squeeze" was fabricated IMHO and you know what happened to them. We should put these bastards out of business so they can't do this again.

Yep, GDSCE sounds like a possible MMRX story in the folds. I invested heavly in a few years ago, based upon the projected revenues and talks with the CEO. The CEO started to give different stories to me as to the price declines and the company business, so and I told every one that I was leaving (selling my blocks to the block desk). I bailed at 2 to 2.25 and did not get hurt that bad. (I was averaged slightly above 2 at the time (I believe)).
