Cha2,

<< you should absolutely be reading Gordon Moore's books >>

Now just a dang minute. We have the FM. WE have the RFM. We have "Chasm". WE have revised "Chasm". We have "Inside the Tornado".

Now we have Gordon's Gorilla Game? How the heck do we refer to it?

Next we will have Merlin's Gorilla Game (which I would buy) then we will have Gorila Gaming for Curmudgeons (which I would only buy if it were available in an abrdidged audio cassette version).

BTW: would you tell DownSouth, please, that EMC is + 0.7% YTD and NTAP is - 0.7% YTD.

Also:

Fiber is out. Broadband is out. PKI is in.

Residents of the San Jose area should be aware that the RSA 2000 Security trade show is being held at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, January 16-20. This is our annual chance to rub elbows with all the famous cryptologists of the world who will be securing our future for when we press the enter key or the send key in an e-commerce transaction.

This is an unpaid advertisemet for RSA Security Inc. (RSAS) - formerly Security Dynamics (SDTI) which Geoffrey Moore (not Gordon Moore) tabbed as a potential gorilla in the FM then dropped the whole sector in the RFM. Small wonder. SDTI returned - 36% the year Geoff published the FM. He drops them from RFM, and they return 237%. Maybe they have crossed the chasm. I suspect they fired Chasm Group. I don't know if they belong on this thread or in "Hunting Grounds" but I am considering volunteering to research the sector and RSAS.

"RSA enabled" is like "Intel Inside".

Qualcomm & RSA, Together the World!
