ztect, Gordon granted himself 5 million shares in Nov., 1998, which took his total to 14 million. I may be wrong, but I believe the outstanding was significantly greater than 37 million at that time. I sent several e-mails to Paul Henry this fall to communicate the idea that the stockholders were not interested in any multi-million share grants during that period of time between the 3rd quarter report (November) and the 10K (March). I trust that LeShufy and Ragano are exerting some fiduciary responsibility as board members. Regards, Suzanne
