The publisher is Conrad Black. They made it so hot for him here that he moved to London, England. The Prime Minister of Canada went out of his way to block Mr. Conrad from being knighted Sir Conrad by the Queen based on some archaic law. I understand he is suing the Prime Minister personally over this. What a great country Canada is! average joe
