Just in from Briefing.Com on PCCLF: says that ML is calling them the "Asian Softbank" (whatever that means!) and maintains LT Buy rating...don't own, sometimes wish I did, but this stock still makes me nervous and the spreads quoted in the past by SCH were nutso.
