You have to love that :) Not only did the beat them to the shelves with their product but in the last year plus Novell has managed to introduce an entirely new OS (NetWare 5.0) and sell it successfully (while a beta test of MSFT's OS was in progress).

Now Novell has managed to introduce a "point version" of that new OS - meaning they have significantly changed the OS enough to make it different from it's original release and still no product from MSFT.

Doesn't this mean something to Wall Street? Can someone wake them up and have them smell the coffee beans?

You know - I've come to the slow realization that if MSFT and Novell were to merge - the combination of marketing savvy and engineering prowness would be unstoppable.

Just a thought folks :) Then again, this would be like getting oil and water to mix right :)
