Ross Systems Announces Two New Agreements First Portal Licenses in The UK

ATLANTA, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROSS), a leading supplier of enterprise systems, announced today two new agreements. Bilore, S.A. licensed Ross' iRenaissance Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management System. Bilore is headquartered in Spain and manufactures fabric detergents.

In the UK, government agency, the Home Office, licensed Ross' iRenaissance.Portal, the company's internet connection architecture. The agreement was Ross' first sale of its portal in the UK. The company now has delivered iRenaissance.Portal in the US, Canada, France and the UK. The value of the Home Office agreement was in excess of 200,000 pounds sterling.
