eVision USA.Com, Inc. Announces Agreement to Acquire a Controlling Interest in Asian Satellite Communications Holding Company
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 12, 2000--eVision USA.Com, Inc. (eVision or the Company) (OTCBB: EVIS - news) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 60% of the outstanding common shares of Gemtron International Global Ltd., to be renamed SkyHub Far East, Inc. (SkyHub), through a stock swap involving $3 million of eVision common shares.
SkyHub will operate through its newly formed, wholly owned Asian satellite communications company, SkyHub Asia Company Limited (SkyHub Asia). SkyHub Asia's goal is to provide affordable high speed Internet access, in conjunction with valuable content and advanced communication services, via satellite, to corporations and individuals throughout Asia.
