Recently, DSI hired Joe Russell to be its Eastern Regional Sales Director for its medical division products, including Focus(TM). Mr. Russell has been involved in the medical industry since 1989. His previous position was director of business development for American SurgiSite Centers, a company specializing in the development and management of ambulatory surgery centers. Prior to American SurgiSite Centers, Mr. Russell spent close to seven years working for Allergan, Inc., a major pharmaceutical and medical products manufacturer. With Allergan, Mr. Russell worked with physicians and administrators on a national basis, focusing on the development of their surgical practices.

Greenberg's primary responsibility will be to market DSI's Focus system and related transactional services to the medical community. Greenberg brings with him contacts and potential alliances in this market.
Prior to joining DSI, Greenberg was the director of marketing for procedural based systems for Allergan Inc., a major pharmaceutical and medical products manufacturer with revenues over $1 billion. His previous position was the director of sales planning and operations. During his 10 years with Allergan, Greenberg was directly involved with sales to the physician community on a regional and national level.
In his new position, Greenberg will implement the marketing plan for DSI's Focus system and also be responsible for building DSI's sales and sales support infrastructure. The Focus system is an integrated computer-based physician management system that utilizes advanced technology to offer virtual business solutions to meet the emerging challenges of managed care in today's medical environment.
