| Israeli US Equity Preview: Commtouch, Matav Cable, Radware Bloomberg News

 Jerusalem, Jan. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Shares of the following Israeli companies are likely to make significant gains or losses in U.S. markets today.
 
 Stocks in Tel Aviv rose, led by Bezeq Ltd., Israel's state- controlled phone company. The TA-25 Index of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange's largest companies rose 0.48 percent to 492.42.
 
 Stock tickers are in parentheses after the company name. Share price movements are for Tuesday.
 
 Commtouch Software (CTCH US): The electronic mail services company said it signed 101 new customers, including Microsoft and USA Today, within the past quarter, a 46 percent increase over the previous quarter. On Tuesday, the company's U.S. shares rose 2 7/8 to 44.
 
 Matav Cable Systems Media Ltd. (MATVY US): The cable television provider's U.S. shares fell yesterday as investors reacted negatively to the proposed AOL-Time Warner merger. Matav shares traded in Tel Aviv fell 4.4 percent to 125.30 shekels. On Tuesday, Matav's U.S. shares fell 1 3/4 to 60 1/8.
 
 Nice Systems Ltd. (NICE US): Lehman Brothers said adding Moshe Ronen as president and chief executive of the maker of systems for voice recording ''will bolster Nice's management resources,'' and raised its sales expectations. The company's shares in Tel Aviv jumped 5 percent to 229 shekels. On Tuesday, Nice's shares in the U.S. rose 1 15/16 to 53 13/16.
 
 Radware Ltd. (RDWR US): Radware, a maker of equipment for managing Internet traffic, and Algorithmic Research, a subsidiary of Cylink Corp., are joining forces to provide Internet security products for electronic commerce. The company's U.S. shares rose 2 1/8 to 47.
