hello bruce, since you're talking honing trading skills, let's take a look at that... if you didn't follow your own trading guidelines and you are now aware of that, why are you disgusted with yourself? proper trading psychology demands that in such situations, you feel good (not disgusted!) about having "caught" the error in your ways. taking whatever action now deemed necessary to get back in step with your personal trading plan becomes a very positive move, as compared to feeling sick. might sound simple, but there's a night and day difference in approach. :) mark
