Burt, RE: "He occasionally does well when he surfaces accounting irregularities or hocus pocus with the books," I think that's what he is threatening to try to do (well, at least smear a handful of FUD around) when he wrote in the last paragraph: What if they're wrong? What if Intel meets or tops the forecasts? Fleckenstein and Hickey don't think that will be the case, but if it is, they bet the reason can be found somewhere on the balance sheet. It's just my opinion, but I think he is a jerk and may be just a tool of the short sellers who hand feed him 'info' to write about (kinda like a Maria B, on testosterone.) Ben A.
