TMC AGROWORLD (TACN-See thread) seems to be

involved in this whole business of international

finance and consulting and acting as a merchant

banker between different countries and various

corporations. They have letters of

intent/contracts for billions of dollars it seems

but have been unable to deliver yet. Any dealings

with different governments seems to take forever to


complete. Hope GIFS has something more profitable

and quicker in mind.
