Hey Jeff When I was talking about retail I was meaning the fund was selling and retail took up the slack...this is pretty much what you said about many houses.... Think you are right about takeover. I feel MAN will have to prove more before a major will put his cash down...drilling results will sure help that issue. $5.25 barrier? No problem if the results are good. Where are they drilling right now? wayne
