Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I think it is IS95B that has the 64kbs, while 1XRTT has something like 144kbs, 3XRTT has 388kbs, and HDR has 2.4mbs (on the downstream). HDR will, of course, launch during the 1XRTT time frame.

Here's what I have from my copy of Qcom's "wireless vision" briefing

IS-95B: up to 86.4kbps, 1999
1x: up to 638 kbps, 2000-2001
3x: up to 2Mbps, 2002-2003
HDR: up to 2.4 Mbps, 2002-2003
