I think you're exactly right. We'll see announcements of customers, announcements of partners, and announcements from IAN that mention BND.

BND has a terrific opportunity to frame themselves as the "real" market leader and first-to-market when the big Netpliance blitz begins. I was excited about them before, but today's announcement really confirmed it for me, because I think it shows management is taking the steps necessary to maximize shareholder value.

And it certainly does look like they might be setting the stage for an IPO.
