Yaacov: I buy and hold unless forced to sell because of:
1. Stock is a loser and I made a mistake getting involved
2. Selling to bring my margin % above 55%
3. A combination of 1 and 2

I buy stocks that:
1. Are growth stocks and leaders
2. Especially after they take an irrational hit i.e. INTC,DELL,WCOM and MSFT all have suffered for no good reason in the recent past.

If you own a good stock and it builds value then your equity permits you to buy more good stocks.

Then I borrow off the buying power to supplement a very meager pension that I receive from TWA (This lousy pension situation was a result of Carl Icahn raiding our pension.

That is my very complex financial strategy.

And when I find myself north of Milano I will look you up. I have been to Lago Magiore but never up into the Lugano and Como regions. Life is beautiful!
