Lost, I see someone knew yesterday that today DiSCO was going to announce their patent approval. This mornings announcement: Discovery Laboratories Receives Broad Patent Covering Surfactant Lavage; Patent Covers All Known Surfactants for Use in Any Form of Pulmonary Lavage Has not done much for the stock today.....it is down from it's close yesterday. jane
