taxman: Window dressing and unsubstantial. I remember when they were saying MSFT isolated in browser ops. as well. No one will ignore the fact that MSFT does have a presence in the INTC and compatible cpu desktop world. Even Judge Jackson could see that one. In the meanwhile CE will be redone and redone until it is right. Coolidge would be proud of Gates.JFD
