leigh..."dell not obligated to do so" takes a lot of faith, to believe that a company is not responsible for shareholder value! ytd return on dell beginning to be a negative.....great company, but you are a shareholder...negative return in the greatest tech market advance in history....works for me.. dell not obligated to do anything, but keeps on selling his stock as if someone had a gun to his head... unfortunately, the market requires an active management to sooth its nerves and make the stock go up....maybe didn't used to be when value was king....
