Perhaps our definition of "internet" company is different. I suspect that there will be a transition where margins get smacked around a bit, but if implemented correctly, I believe that cost of business will decrease correspondingly. The part of the internet sector that gets the most visibility is retail, which traditional has pretty slim margins. I think that retail is a fractional part of the internet opportunity. JXM
