LUMM going to pink sheets:

The SEC hasn't had time to look at LUMM's recent submission, LUMM's lawyers were not correct in their prediction of 'No problem' vis-a-vis the time factor, and the whole process should have been initiated earlier to avoid the pinks, where LUMM will remain for at least 30 days, whereupon another application to NASD for listing on the NMS can be made.
