ANSWER:
The audit process has proceeded as follows: preliminary work with the accountants was completed some time ago;
additional work was completed off-site; the next phase of the process -the onsite review- by the auditors is now
occurring; and the final reporting phase is expected to be completed on schedule.
3. Why is your (SSA) contract only for a short term? Does the possibity exist for an extension of your contract?
ANSWER: SmartStockAdvisor.com was hired as Internet Investor Relations for a period of three months ending
February 22, 2000. Our future relationship with them, as with all our advisors, partners and vendors, will be decided
by us and announced at the appropriate times.
4. Why is HHD direct reluctant to reveal a more precise time frame for various componets of their business plan?
(This is a credibility issue in my opinion!!) If they are truely committed to the business plan with honesty and integrity,
I see no reason why they could not reveal some sort of timetable for things to happen. Being secretive and tight
lipped is a double edged sword here, it can kill you or it can protect you. Up to now it has worked to protect HHD but
I believe that it is about to turn the other way.
ANSWER:
HouseHold Direct.com has recently hired three firms in the last few weeks to cover all areas of "getting the word
out" as clearly and as completely as possible. Our motivation for doing it was threefold; we are close to some major
milestones, we neither have the time nor the expertise to do everything ourselves, and we are confident it has and
will continue to help increase shareholder value.
Each of these firms has an area of expertise, as explained in the Company FAQ located at the 1stNetTech site
(http://www.1stnettech.com/HouseHoldDirect). We know of no other OTC/BB company that has a better program of
interfacing with investors on the Internet boards. It is true, we cannot always answer every question, since SEC
regulations require material events be first released via a Press Release. Other answers are phrased for
competitive reasons. Still others must be couched so as not to build up undue expectations, because in reality,
many things in a business environment can speed up or delay a benchmark date. Predicting even short term events
can be difficult and is probably not wise.
What we want to impart is that we are working very hard to execute our business plan as successfully and as quickly
as possible. Our foremost goal must be quality execution over rapid execution. We are building the Company and
trying to increase shareholder value every day through our actions, and are confident that intermediate and long
term investors
will be rewarded well. Short term is a different matter, as the gyrations of the market are not always predictable.
