Can't say why, but if the FDA weren't willing to at least consider that kind of approval they wouldn't have let them on the panel agenda... but then again we already went down that road. What gets me about all this, to listen to the SNRS CEO, people are supposed to flock to get the operation no matter how slight or temporary the improvement. Unreal.
