Freedom of association is an important right, but it has been qualified already to combat the pernicious effects of racial prejudice, by the definition of "public accommodation". I am trying to find a similar dividing line, so that an employer does not terrorize his employees, for example, by requiring them to reveal intimate matters as a condition of employment, but can protect himself if the matter affects his interests and the interests of his employees and stock- holders......
