Carolyn F: I just finished listening to the radio interview with IDC...Goldberg... I developed a negative feeling towards the management style... (but, not the product).

RE: NASDAQ listing
He said that IDC is comfortable with AMEX...they continously analyz listing on other exchanges....but, they are a major company on AMEX...and that AMEX works with them, etc,...

My Reaction: I did not like his answer. No technical reason. Just a feeling.

RE: CEO, & other management issues (departures, etc)
Did not appear to have any plan for a dynamic management---while, we know that, managemen is everything these days. He is no Steve Job, clearly, though he seemed like a person that likes to compare himself to the Apple Interium CEO. He seemed to be happy with some low level cash flow & no debt for the next couple of years!

My Reaction:I did not like his answer (no clear focus...lack of a clear future plan for beefing up management...). If IDC is going to deal with a multi-billion dollar market in the near future, then strong, stable, broad, & a committed management team are essentials of a forward move.

Overal Reaction:
He does not appear to be an enthusiastic person...he is no techie...he sounds like a lawyer...a bore..

Well, it is unfortunate! I am reconsidering my position, now. Good product...bad management! Per question asked during the interview: VHS vs. Beta is a good anolgy at this point.

Conclusion: The need Dr. Bill Dalglish as the CEO!
Util then...new management...I will stay away somewhat.
