In my engineering experience, if you are going to mass produce a product you have to be extremely careful and get all the bugs out before mass production. Going out and fixing 2 systems is no big deal but going out and fixing 2 million systems, even for a minor problem, can cost a lot of money. Also, a big deal has been made about Time Warner's earlier shot at VOD, calling it a failure. TW wants to make sure this time, a little bad publicity these days can sink a stock price in a few seconds. Ken
