MO recently received several favorable rulings. Furthermore, these suits will never clear the U.S. Supreme Court. There certainly is risk here, but it has been more than priced into the stock.

MO is no CPU. CPU may not exist in another few years, however (as I mentioned in a previous post) I am absolutely certain that Kraft foods and even...Marlboro cigarettes... are forever.

Finally, as risk in the tech sector increases, investors are going to be paying a lot more attention to stocks like MO.
