The short list can be found in the CyBerTrader Account Manager Online -> Options -> Short List menu. On CyberX you can see whether or not a stock is shortable by typing in the symbol and moving the cursor over the short button. There are close to 3500 stocks available to short on a daily basis, though the list is subject to changes based on availability. If there is a stock you would like to short that is not in the short list you may contact a broker via the communicator built into the software or call. The minimum required maintenance on a long term short position is 30% with the entire proceeds of the short sale not available until the position is closed out. However, a list of internet stocks provided on our web site has been established by Penson as 50% maintenance requirement stocks. I hope this answers your questions.
