OT Tom, Speaking of interest rates, how's the house hunting going?? Rates are heading up; did you lock in?? We just bought today (verbal agreement, not official). It's not the exactly what we wanted, but close. I was going to lose my rate lock-in and would have to move twice, so that convinced me to buy it. VECO better do well now as I will be mortgaged up to my a$$!! Mark
