dualstar is a tiny little company w/o infrastructure and revs of less than 100 million last year, not to mention idtc does not install a/c and security systems.

idtc does not come up with original ideas, but instead enhances ideas and takes up a place. see voip or phone cards or.... i am unsure what the hangup is on having to have an original idea.

as idtc entered voip, this is a natural extension of their current infrastructure.
