This is a different issue, the options he refers to is "Put/Call options" the oprtions we are referring to are the options Managment takes to grease their pockets. So employees may receive 1,000,000 share options at a fixed price for 5 years. These options will likely be priced by Jan 21, options can be priced at the average of the last 10 trading days. So in the meantime Pearl and crew are probably selling into any strength. I could be wrong, cuz I have been many many many times before!

i take no credit for this theory, this was proposed to me by another MCF holder, I have seen this happen before, so believe it is clearly the reason why the stock has not runnp on the NAS expectations.
Check back on any PP's to brokerages, if there is an "option" to acquire XX% as an overage in the agreement, then you can be sure that the brokerages will keep the price down until the boys in the front office get their options, as gratitude for the overage!
