Innofone Files Form SB2 Registration Statement with SEC
TORONTO, CANADA--Innofone.com Incorporated (OTC: INNF) recently completed the filing of Form SB-2 Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in order to become a reporting company and maintain its eligibility to trade on the OTCBB. The filing which is in compliance with the reporting changes implemented by the SEC in 1999 effecting all OTCBB companies will be available on the SEC's web-site at www.sec.gov President, Larry Hunt said "that during the filing process the companies operating division Innofone Canada, has continued to develop its next generation of bundled communications services which it will release in 2000 through several 'branded loyalty' programs across Canada." Branded loyalty programs provide customers with an opportunity to purchase a number of consumer services at a reduced cost to the consumer, while providing reassurance to the consumer that the products and services are being delivered through a trusted brand. "Credit Card companies have been providing third party services to their client bases for several years, but this offering of bundled communication services will be a first," Hunt said.
"We have been developing our 'back office systems' over the last four months and have now put together a high level development team to roll out the new bundled services beginning in March 2000. Innofone Canada President Charles Blaquiere has brought structure to the development of the new service offering, and the skill sets he has introduced to the operation will allow Innofone Canada to offer bundled services to numerous other loyalty programs. The company anticipates that its current client base will be increased to 40,000 by the end of 2000.
The launch of the new bundled service package will be unique to the marketplace, as the entire service offering will be driven by Innofone's exclusive "Rate and Compare(tm) " Next Generation billing program. Included in the billing program will be Long distance and Calling Cards, Cellular, Internet Access and Home Security. The company also will continue to promote its Guaranteed Lowest Rate (GLR(tm)) program through direct sales efforts and anticipates an enormous response to the new enhanced GLR(tm) with the offering of the additional bundled services.
Both the Rate and Compare(tm) and the GLR(tm) will provide consumers with a comparison of the top three providers of each service in the bundled offering." Innofone will compare the top three Canadian companies in each of the services programs offered, (long distance and calling cards, cellular, internet access and home security) against the consumer's monthly usage, then provide the consumer with a further 5% discount for post paid accounts and a 10% discount for pre-authorized and credit card accounts," Hunt
said.
Innofone has also been assembling an elite group of third party vendor relationships to provide the outsourced services for the new bundled offering. We are currently finalizing contracts with all of our suppliers, which will allow the launch of the new programs to begin in March 2000.
