OT Still looking for the house, and I probably will get screwed by the rising rates. AARGH! Oh well, I've got my wife to agree to stay in the Denver area for another 5 years, so at least I don't think we'll lose money on the house purchase. We'll see how rates go, I probably won't be locking in until early March, so I'm at AG's mercy. Go easy on the rates Mr. Greenspan!!! Tom
