They give you these little pads, a red and a green, and if it scratches, you can sand it with the red, and polish with the green, aand the scratch is gone! So I turn all the lights on, and get on eye level with the counter and look for the slightest marring of the surface. Then I scream, AHA! And start sanding. Dan is worrying a bit that it's taking me three and four hours to finish in the kitchen at night, but I told him I was protecting his investment.
