<the institutions ... They are buying and buying>. I don't think you can say that they are buying forcefully . . . yet. There are still some institutions selling like lemmings. Some of these institutional guys (or gals) are of just normal intelligence and laziness - they are sometimes asleep at the wheel and late to get in or get out. The sharpest ones got out a while back to take profits or when the TA started to deteriorate or in conjunction with the split. The TA does not show that there is accumulation. About all that I can see that might lead to a belief that some institutions have been accumulating over the past couple of days is that some accumulation and money flow indicators don't look as bad as the price decline - the indicators have diverged. Quite the contrary; this shows that investors have been dumping this pig big time. What the TA does show is that the decline has been to the extent that the sell off is over-extended and due for a reversal. I think it will bounce nicely but will probably be near this level again within a few weeks. Moves like this often retest.
