hey gary, re your comment, "I'm confused about all this discussion re: ratio of distribution." i think it's obvious why so many people are asking what the distribution ratio will be. people want to know in a glance how much money they have! why is that a puzzle? and i think it's kinda' funny when people say it doesn't matter, then they launch into a lengthy mathematical equation that ultimately equals what? how many PALM shares for each COMS share! <g3> it's the question on everyone's mind. everyone who is saying that it doesn't matter sorta' reminds me of the folks who were saying that we weren't really celebrating the millennium on last new year's eve. :) mark
