Mike..apparently the rumor was out that AMAT was going to buy a mask company. So the obvious candidate was DPMI. Turned out AMAT really wanted ETEC (which I didn't own enough of, BTW), and tomorrow you will see ETEC up about 40 points. I still like DPMI...but it doesn't look like there will be any near-term buyouts....yet <gg> Cheerful investing to you! tso
